AlphaSync is a software vendor, not a healthcare provider
AlphaSync LLC builds and sells software to medical practices. That is the whole of what we do. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not practise medicine, and we do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment of any kind. Nothing on this website, and nothing inside our product, creates a clinician and patient relationship between AlphaSync and anyone.
When a practice uses our system, the practice remains the provider. A licensed clinician employed or contracted by that practice makes every clinical judgement. Our software handles calls, messages and follow-up tasks on the practice's behalf, under the practice's instructions, and it does so as a vendor, in the same way a phone system or a booking diary is a vendor.
Practices operate under obligations that include HIPAA, the TCPA and US state privacy law. Those obligations sit with the practice. Our software is built to help practices meet their own duties; it does not take those duties over, and we do not present it as doing so.
If you are looking for care, we cannot help you directly and we will not try to.
Nothing here is professional advice
No content on this website is medical, legal, financial or clinical advice, and none of it should be relied on as such. The pages here describe software: what it does, how it connects to the tools a practice already uses, how it is priced, and what a practice should expect from it.
Reading this site does not create a professional relationship of any kind. A page on this site is general information about a product, written for a business audience. It cannot account for your circumstances, your contracts or your patients.
If you need medical, legal, financial or clinical advice, consult a qualified professional who knows your situation. Our team is not that professional, and nothing in a sales conversation, a support reply or a proposal should be read as a replacement for one.
Clinical questions belong with the practice
Clinical questions, treatment decisions, patient complaints, and any question about a patient's care belong with the practice and its licensed clinicians, not with AlphaSync. We do not hold a patient's medical record in order to advise on care, and we would not use it that way.
If you are a patient, contact your practice. Questions about a treatment, a prescription, a result, an appointment or a bill are best answered by the people who hold the full picture, and that is your practice and its staff. We do not have that picture and cannot speak to it.
If you work at a practice and you are unsure whether something counts as a clinical matter, treat it as one and route it to a clinician. That is the safe default, and we will never ask you to do otherwise.
AI output can be wrong
Our system uses artificial intelligence to handle calls, transcribe them, and summarise what was said. AI-generated call handling, transcripts and summaries can contain errors, omissions and misheard details. Names, numbers, dates, spellings and medical terms are all easy to get wrong over a phone line.
Practice staff must review these outputs before acting on them. Our outputs are designed to help staff rather than replace professional judgement. No output from our system should be acted on clinically without human review, and no output should be treated as a complete record of a conversation.
Treat everything our software produces as a draft for a person to check, and build your workflow so that a person is the last step before anything clinical happens.
No guarantee of business results
AlphaSync makes no guarantee of any particular business result. We cannot promise a revenue increase, a booking rate, a number of recovered patients, or any return on investment. Results depend on your market, your pricing, your team, your follow-up process and how you use the system.
Any figures used in modelling, or in the calculators on this site, are illustrative models driven by the user's own assumptions. They are not predictions and they are not promises. Change an assumption and the output changes with it.
You can see how the arithmetic works in the missed-call calculator, where you set every input yourself and can check each step.
Third-party statistics
From time to time this site refers to statistics about call handling, lead response and patient behaviour. Those statistics belong to their cited third-party sources and are reproduced with attribution. AlphaSync does not control those sources, does not verify them independently, and they may be updated or withdrawn at any time.
Where we quote a source, we link to it so you can read it in its own context and check it yourself. If a figure has moved on since we quoted it, the source is the authority rather than our page.
Links to other sites
This site links to third-party sites that AlphaSync does not control. That includes the booking calendar used for our growth sessions, which runs on third-party scheduling software at meet.alphasync.ai/todd/med-spa-growth-session, and it may include integration partner documentation and cited sources elsewhere on this site.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices of any site we link to. A link is not an endorsement, and it does not mean we have reviewed everything on the other end of it. Read their terms and their privacy notices before you rely on them.
Testimonials and case studies
AlphaSync publishes only verifiable first-party information. For that reason, this site does not use testimonials, customer logos or case studies. We would rather show you the system working.
That is a policy commitment rather than a current state. If we ever publish a customer result, it will be verifiable and attributed with that customer's permission. Until then, treat any claim about AlphaSync that you see anywhere else as unverified unless it comes from us directly or names a source you can confirm.
Corrections and contact
If you find something on this site that is wrong, out of date or unclear, tell us and we will look at it. Corrections are welcome, including corrections to the way we describe a legal or regulatory point.
Write to todd@alphasync.ai. For anything about your own care, contact your practice instead. For privacy and data questions, our privacy policy sets out what we collect, why we collect it, and how to make a request, and our cookies page explains what this site stores in your browser when you visit it.
