Cookies policy

This website sets no advertising, analytics or third-party cookies, so it asks you for nothing.

Effective 1 January 2026. Last updated 1 January 2026.

The short version

This website sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party cookies. Because of that it shows no cookie banner and asks for no cookie consent. There is no setting to review, no switch to leave on and no vendor list to scroll past.

The rest of this page explains what cookies and similar storage are, what this site does and does not write to your browser, the single third-party embed on the booking page, and the controls you already hold in your own browser.

What cookies and similar storage are

A cookie is a small piece of data that a website asks your browser to keep and send back with later requests. Cookies are the best known of these techniques, but not the only one. The family includes:

  • Cookies. Small key and value pairs stored by your browser and sent back to the site that set them. They can expire at the end of a session or last for months.
  • localStorage. A larger store that stays on your device after you close the tab, and is read only by scripts running on that site.
  • sessionStorage. The same idea, but cleared when you close the tab.
  • Pixels and web beacons. Tiny images or silent requests that report that a page, an email or an advert was opened.

None of these techniques is good or bad by itself. Used plainly, they keep you signed in, remember a language choice or a half-finished form, or measure which pages are read. Used across many sites, they can also follow a person from page to page and build an advertising profile. The concern people raise about cookies is almost always about that second use.

What this website sets

To be plain about it, this site:

  • sets no advertising or marketing cookies;
  • sets no analytics or measurement cookies, and runs no page-view or event tracking;
  • sets no third-party cookies on any page other than the booking page described below;
  • loads no tracking pixels, web beacons or hidden reporting requests;
  • writes nothing to localStorage or sessionStorage for tracking, advertising or profiling;
  • loads no font, script, image or stylesheet from another origin; every file on these pages is served from this domain;
  • uses no cross-site identifiers and no data broker or advertising network of any kind.

Because none of that is happening, a consent banner would have nothing to ask you about. The one exception to the list above is the scheduling calendar on the booking page, which is covered next.

The scheduling calendar

The only third-party embed on this site is the scheduling calendar at meet.alphasync.ai. It appears on one page only, the booking page, and loads only when you open it. It does not load on any other page of this site.

Once the calendar has loaded, it may set its own strictly-necessary cookies so that the booking flow works, for example to keep your place while you pick a time. Those cookies belong to the calendar, not to the rest of this site, and they are not used to follow you around the web. We do not control that calendar, its code or the storage it uses, and its own notices and settings govern what it does. You can open the calendar directly at meet.alphasync.ai/todd/med-spa-growth-session to read its terms before you use it.

Every other page here, including this one, loads no third-party content at all.

Server logs are not cookies

Like almost every web server, ours records ordinary technical request logs when a page is served. Those logs hold routine details such as the time of the request, the address requested, the response the server gave, and coarse technical information such as the browser type.

Server logs are not cookies. They are not placed on your device, they are not read by your browser, and they are not used to track visitors across other websites or to build advertising profiles. We keep them for the ordinary operational reasons: keeping the site running, spotting abuse, and diagnosing faults. The Privacy policy sets out how this information is handled and how to raise a question about it.

How to control cookies in your browser

Even though this site sets no tracking cookies, your browser controls cookies and site storage for every site you visit. Those controls sit in roughly the same place across the major desktop and mobile browsers:

  • Open your browser's settings or preferences and find the section covering privacy, site data or cookies.
  • Block third-party cookies. This stops sites other than the one you are visiting from storing cookies, and it is the single most effective setting for limiting cross-site tracking.
  • Delete cookies and site data for one site or for all of them, clearing everything that has built up or removing the entries for a single domain.
  • Use a private or incognito window. Cookies and local storage created there are discarded when you close the window.
  • Use your browser's site-data controls to see what a site has saved and to clear localStorage and sessionStorage, not only cookies.

Two honest notes. First, these controls apply to every site you visit. Other websites will still set their own cookies, and the settings in your browser are where you deal with them. Second, blocking cookies altogether may stop the calendar on the booking page from working, because it needs its own cookies to hold a booking in progress. If you block them, the rest of this site still works normally.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers can send a Do Not Track header with each request, and some can send a Global Privacy Control signal. These are opt-out preference signals: they tell a site that the visitor does not want to be tracked.

Because this site sets no tracking cookies and runs no cross-site measurement, there is nothing for such a signal to switch off. We honour opt-out preference signals on exactly that basis. A signal does not change what happens here, not because it is ignored, but because the tracking these signals exist to stop was never present in the first place.

Changes to this policy, and contact

If this site ever begins to set cookies that need your consent, or adds a tool that measures visitors, this page will be updated before that happens and the change described here. The dates at the top of the page will move with it.
